speaking of freaks... that tape headed guy was at wal-mart last night. by my estimation, he's been working the broad ripple area for at least 5 years. he pretends that he's deaf and tries to get people to buy his ratty little cards. he's an older guy with scotch tape strips in his hair. i've seen him in restaurants in b-ripple and all the way out at the 96th street meijer's. i've tried signing to him, and for some reason he never signs back. he approached several people at wal-mart but went the other way when he saw me. yeah, he knows i'm on to him....bastard.
